Multitasking an act of doing multiple things all at once.
I believe time is so precious. Every minute was so important . Time seems to be running so fast . I got used of doing multitasking even for little things and simple chores. Multitasking is so effective to everyone who have a busy lifestyle . In some cases the quality of work suffer as we split our focus and attention to a single task.
Today at home I mess up......
I was so glad to cook some tasty crab rolls which i bought yesterday at a supermarket. I turn the stove at a low heat confidently put this crab rolls while I was fixing the table for lunch. When I return back the rolls where darker as the heat burn them up . I felt upset as I should be focusing to one thing at a time .
Multitasking has been a habit to me . Multitasking is a tricky game we play in life. I maybe able to finish all works I do at the same time everything may turns good but no work will ever be perfect if its done with multitasking.
Study shows that the more work we to at the same time the worst we become. It is doing it all but nothing gets done. Whenever we get so much engage with responsibility multitasking is not an tool for us to use .It will simply increase stress effect and depression.
As with any life change.Take a log of everything you need to do for a day and how much time it will takes. Learn to prioritize . Give importance to the task with great benefits. Interruptions with be the greatest enemy. Do routines as effective as it can be. This will help complete a task with lower stress, higher quality, and greater satisfaction.
